TheraSauna™ uses an infrared radiant heat source similar to those used by doctors and physical therapists. The radiant heat process warms the body directly and not the air. TheraSauna™ operates in a safer, more comfortable temperatures of 110 degrees F to 135 degrees F. You receive maximum benefits while remaining cooler and more comfortable than conventional saunas.

Why Did I Choose TheraSauna™ For My Practice?

"When I decided to offer sauna sessions in my practice I didn't know anything at all about sauna's. Of all of the sauna's I looked at, only one continued to emit far infrared radiant heat at the desired 9.4 microns when it reached the temperature the thermostat was set at and that was the TheraSauna™. Far infrared radiant heat is what is doing all the work and helping the body to rejuvenate clear down to the cellular level. The other sauna's I looked at shut off when they reached the temperature setting and then would turn back on when the temperature dropped enough to do so. In other words, if I had purchased one of the other sauna's, my clients would just be sitting in a hot box part of the time and not receiving the full benefits of far infrared radiant heat.
