James Chappell is a chiropractic (D.C.) and naturopathic (N.D.) physician, clinical nutritionist (Ph.D.) and medical herbalist (M.H.).

Since 1971, he has been a health researcher and educator specializing in chronic, severe and so-called "terminal" illnesses. He does not treat "disease," but rather teaches people how to heal themselves using classical, aboriginal, advanced quantum energy and natural healing protocols from around the world.

Just half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day significantly reduces blood sugar levels in diabetics, a new study has found. The effect, which can be produced even by soaking a cinnamon stick your tea, could also benefit millions of non-diabetics who may have a blood sugar problem but are unaware of it.

Cinnamon may help reduce blood sugar levels

Cinnamon may significantly help people with type 2 diabetes improve their ability to respond to insulin, thus normalizing their blood sugar levels. Both test tube and animal studies have shown that compounds in cinnamon not only stimulate insulin receptors, but also inhibit an enzyme that inactivates them, thus significantly increasing ability to use glucose. Studies to confirm cinnamon's beneficial actions in humans are currently underway with the most recent report coming from researchers from the US Agricultural Research Service. These studies have shown that less than half a teaspoon per day of cinnamon reduces blood sugar levels in persons with type 2 diabetes.

Cinnamon 6 Ingredients:

Cinnamon - Latin Name: Cinnamomum zeylanicum - Found in India, China, Madagascar, and Brazil.
American Ginseng - Latin name: Panax quinquefolium - Found in North America. Today American ginseng is one of the most popular herbs. American ginseng's adaptogenic qualities help balance the body, depending on the individual's needs.
Bitter Melon - Latin name: Momordica Charantia - Found in Amazon, East Africa, Asia, Caribbean and South America, bitter melon also known as Karela or Momordica Charantia
Chromium - Chromium was first discovered as an essential trace element in 1955. It can be found in yeast, foods, cereals, whole grains, spices and more. The body of an average healthy individual contains only several milligrams.
Fenugreek - Latin name: Trigonella foenum-graecum - Found Argintina, France, India and North Africa. The seeds of Fenugreek are a condiment commonly used in Indian homes and are a rich source of fiber, particularly gel fiber. Gel fiber from Fenugreek resembles guar gum in chemical structure.

Early studies suggest that in people with type 2 diabetes (also called non-insulin-dependent or adult-onset diabetes), fenugreek may lower blood sugar levels and may improve problems associated with high blood sugar levels
Gymnema-Sylvestre - Latin name: Gymnema sylvestre - Found mostly in India. In Ancient times, Ayurvedic Physicians of India observed that the leaves of the plant GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE possess a remarkable property of suppressing for a few hours the sense of taste for sweet substances.
Nopal Cactus - Latin name: Opuntia Ficus-Indica is a perennial cactus that is found in semi-tropical areas throughout the world, also known as prickly pear.

Suggested Use:
3 capsules, 3 times daily, 10 minutes before meals. Take 27 days then stop for 3 days, and then resume. To experience maximum benefit from this product, one tablet should be taken for every 50 pounds of body weight.

Note:
In order not to reach a state of homeostasis of ineffectiveness, most knowledgeable herbalists recommend taking herbs for a maximum of 27 days with 3 days off per month, to give your system a rest.
