Modern Reflexology...... How do the boots works? What is Reflexology? There are 7200 nerve endings in the bottom of each foot. These nerve endings pass up the body crossing over different organs glands and structures within the system. By applying pressure to reflex points on the bottom of the feet we can affect changes in the rest of the body. Stimulation of these points can help break up toxic blockages in the body’s organs to be eliminated by the body’s waste removal system. Air is evacuated from the plastic covering of the boots, creating an even, constant pressure over the entire foot and shins. The boot’s special design, coupled with this consistent pressure, ensures that all of the reflex points are stimulated….at the same time.
